•  Experience as a Veterinary Nurse Receptionist (or a passion for animals and stellar customer care).

• 😃 A warm, welcoming personality – you’re the first face clients see.

• Organised and efficient – you thrive in a busy environment.

• Confident managing front-of-house operations.

•  A great communicator with both clients and team members.

• ❤️ Positive, proactive, and compassionate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🐶 Enjoy plenty of puppy cuddles, hand out treats, and make furry (and human!) friends.

• Be the superstar who answers calls, books appointments, and keeps everything running like a dream.

• Roll out the red carpet for pets and their people – making them feel welcome and at ease.

• Keep things running like clockwork, from patient records to reception vibes.

• 🐾 Build pawsome relationships with clients and support our amazing team.
